Toni to discuss or announce anything she has coming up. Toni needs everyone’s list of events for the rest of the year so she can add them to the events list.
• Land Use Report
Eric to discuss or announce anything he has concerns about. Eric was unable to attend this meeting.
• Non-profit Guidelines
Review the non-profit guidelines. The non-profit guidelines were reviewed by our accountants. We now need each president to look at and read through the non-profit guidelines that are posted in the business section of the state 4x4 forum.
• Banking
Account Balance: $8411.57____
One of this year’s goals is to establish a budget. A budget will help in setting goals for the Association and for future planning and historical tracking. Where are we on this? We need help deciding how and what projects to donate to each year. The association would like to give back to the clubs, but want to find a good way to do this. Each representative needs to go back to their clubs and discuss at least 2 possible ideas for projects and ways to spend the money.
• Association Memberships
Tread Lightly – Discuss a possible membership – WWOR president, Sherri McCluskey brought up possible membership to Tread Lightly. The annual dues are $250. Mark or Lehi - Where are we at on this? Mark, Lehi and Nate will be meeting separately to incorporate the new non-profit guidelines into the Bylaws.

Discuss and Review – Please see photo below. We would like to send this out to each new member of the Association. We need all club secretaries to pass on a list of all new members and their information in 2009.

I'm interested in becoming a Tread Lightly Trainer. I've been interested for a long time. I missed out the last time there was a training in Idaho as it was during teacher conferences. Most of the CO clubs are members and they have a ton of trainers. Really it is a pretty simple principle. Stay on the trail and don't tear it up.
