• Other Upcoming Summer Events
Toni to discuss or announce anything she has coming up. The only upcoming events that are on the Events list is HDOR’s Turkey Run on November 20th -22nd. Toni needs a list of all upcoming Christmas and Charity events that each club will be hosting so she can get those on the Events List.
• Land Use Report-
Shawna to read report and discuss all concerns and upcoming events for members to attend. The past is the past and we will be moving forward striving to include more communication and attention to upcoming land use meetings and events. Each council member and President need to stress the importance of involvement from all members. Max participation can help keep our trails open. The BLM will solicit comments on the preliminary alternatives. Please commit to attend one of the following meetings.

Will not discuss this meeting. A meeting has been scheduled for November 15th at 7pm. The conference line will be open for those who would like to participate.

• List of goals for March Meeting – We would like to begin a list of accomplishments for the upcoming March meeting. If you have something you would like to add to the list, please email Shawna.buchanan@gmail.com.
• Report back from Reps on ideas clubs had for Association donations to clubs
Each club to have the floor for discussion – WWOR proposed the idea of receiving a donation from the Association toward each clubs' main fund raising event in the amount of one half of the amount that that particular club paid in dues. For example, If WWOR paid $200 in dues, the then Association would pay back or donate back $100 to WWOR's main fund raising event.
And, if a club would like to 'donate' their amount to another club's cause, then they can. For example, if WWOR wold like to donate their amount HDOR's Turkey Run, then that would be allowed.
HBRK was opposed to the 50% and wanted to see a lower percentage donated. They also wanted to see the Association donate all the allocated funds to only one club’s charity cause.
HDOR just wanted to ensure that monies would be set aside for a ‘warchest’, land use and signage for the adopt a trail.

Member Packets – No one responded to the request for information on new members so they could be mailed out a new member packet. Shawna will be calling all the secretaries of each club to obtain this information.
• Additional Discussion Items
IOR Funcrawl – The IOR presented the Association with a check for $750 which was the profits from their funcrawl. Thank you IOR!!!
